That’s a great initiative with the Safe Exercise at Home launch. It’s so important to keep moving, especially when working from home. I’ve set up a small corner in my lounge for light workouts and stretches. Funny enough, I even use my bed sheets as a makeshift mat sometimes when I can’t find the real one. Staying active doesn’t need fancy gear, just consistency and a bit of creativity. This program will definitely help Aussies maintain their fitness safely indoors.
